COMU Systems is a SME specialized for 26 years in the design and manufacture of communication systems adapted to critical environments. COMU Systems supplies intervention units (from France: GIGN and RAID), as well as the law enforcement teams for the French Ministry for Internal affairs (for communication devices operating on Tetrapol secure networks and more generally on PMR networks). COMU Systems has also developed and supplied the electro-acoustic systems fitted to motorcyclists of the French National Police Forces. For the past 3 years, COMU Systems has been part of COTRAL Lab group, the world leader in custom hearing protection. This new collaboration of 2 historical know-how has allowed the development of a new generation of intelligent and communicating hearing protection called BIONEAR, which includes a noise level dependent attenuation function and a safety audio input device.
